Tiffani E. Lucero

Tiffani E. Lucero is a partner at Montoya, Lucero & Pastor, P.A. in Phoenix, where she is a civil litigation attorney. Her practice areas include family law and personal injury law. Ms. Lucero holds her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, she served as the Senior Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Lucero earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Before joining Stephen Montoya and Robert E. Pastor, Ms. Lucero was one of two founding partners for a small family law practice that grew from two attorneys to four attorneys and nine staff members over the course of five years. She also practiced as an associate at a medium sized law firm in Scottsdale, as an associate at a small family law firm and served as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s office. Throughout her career, Ms. Lucero has focused her practice on advocacy in the trial courts throughout Arizona. Her experience as a trial lawyer also gives her valuable skills to help guide her clients toward a fair resolution of their legal matters. Ms. Lucero’s community work includes service at her children’s school, on the Board of Directors for Phoenix Day School and as a committee person for the Hispanic Women’s Conference among other voluntary activities. She has also served as a mentor for the State Bar of Arizona.
